CALL FOR ENTRIES FOR ADC YOUNG GUNS 9 OPENS SPRING 2011. EARLY BIRD DEADLINE: April 15, 2010, 11:59 PM EST. REGULAR DEADLINE: May 12, 2010, 11:59 PM EST. DEADLINE EXTENSION: Late entries accepted until May 20, 11:59 PM EST. ENTRY FEE: $135 USD. Entries received after May 12 incur an additional $25 late fee. Early Bird entrants get $25 off entry total. OFFLINE PAYMENT If you choose to make an offline payment, the Offline Payment/Invoice Form will be emailed to you as a PDF. It must be filled out and mailed to ADC so that your entries can be processed. The offline payment choices are: Check The total amount of fees should be made payable to The Art Directors Club. ALL CHECKS MUST BE IN U.S. DOLLARS DRAWN ON A U.S. BANK. Credit Cards ADC accepts AMEX, MC, DISCOVER and VISA. The Offline Payment/Invoice Form requires: name on card, type of card, card number, amount, expiration date and billing address. Bank Transfer International entrants may pay via bank transfer. Once your entry is finalized, your Entry Summary Form and Offline Payment/Invoice Form will be emailed to you in a PDF. Print these forms, fill in all required fields and mail to ADC along with a copy of your bank transfer or transfer request. Please include a valid transfer Ref./ID Number on the Offline Payment Form. It is essential that the memo field on your bank transfer indicates your Entry #, Company Name (if applicable) and City. Contact ADC at payments@adcyoungguns.org for bank details. Please note: a $15 USD handling fee will be applied to all bank transfer payments. ONLINE PAYMENT Credit Card You may pay for your entries online using a credit card. Your credit card information will be encrypted and processed via VeriSign Secure Online Payment Gateway so that your privacy is protected. ADC WILL NOT STORE your information for any reason. ADC accepts AMEX, MC, DISCOVER and VISA. Please be aware that an invoice will be emailed to you in your entry confirmation. ADC does not provide invoices other than these. PLEASE NOTE: Work entered in ADC Young Guns 8 WILL NOT be judged if total payment is not received by May 20, 2010.
